I've been using cascade w/clorox for a while and now there is a white film on my dishes and dishwasher. What is causing this and how do I get rid of it? I will stop using this product.

Cascade with Clorox caused excessive suds and soapy film on everything and then would not rinse away.It took an expensive visit from a technical service fellow to let us know that this liquid is cruelly marketed to fools like us and is not compatible with decent and righteous dishwashers.

We were told to toss the expensive detergent into the garbage.

The machine now isn't on its 3rd cycle in a futile attempt to purge the machine of the detestable detergent.

We have suffered greatly through repeatedly having to rerun load after load.
